VLAN not broadcasting - BR200

I am connecting two devices (TX and RX) to the same VLAN (VLAN 2) with my BR-200 following this schematic:
Both TX and RX uses group broadcast (over 224.0.0.0/8), but they doesn't read eachother's signals.
I believe that the problem lies on the router configuration, because C1 can read TX's broadcasts, and C2 can read RX's ones.
These are the traffic rules:
The switches are VLAN-capable, and they tag TX, C1, C2 and RX as VLAN 2.

OK, the problem was that C2's switch had enabled (under the 'multicast' option) 'Block Unknown Multicast Address'.
