Wireless Access Point Device (WAC104) Rejecting Password for 2.4 GHZ Band
Have dual band Wireless Access Point (WAC104). Recently updated WAP firmware to latest available version (V1.0.4.17). Since then, I have not been able to access 2.4 GHz band on any wireless device in our home - keep getting error message that Password is incorrect. No problems accessing the 5 GHz band. I've tried resetting the WAC104 device, reinstalling previous firmware version (V1.0.4.15), but still cannot access the 2.4 GHz band. Any other suggestions?

Re: Wireless Access Point Device (WAC104) Rejecting Password for 2.4 GHZ Band
Please visit and post about this over in the Business Wireless forum:

Try a factory reset and setup from scratch since FW was updated and reconfigure the AP. Leaving WPA disabled to see if you can connect any devices to the 2.4Ghz radio, then re-enable WPA2 and AES.
Thank you.
