cant connect to wifi

I bought a wireless router from a yard sale and the network is a secure network and i dont know the password to connect to it is there anyway i can change or reset the password.

@wrightstuff You can always configure your own settings. Reset the router by using a paperclip to push the the reset button then reconfigure the settings by following the steps below.

plug it in, push reset button, then use password settings on label on bottom.

admin, password after going to 192.168.0.1
