download a update

I have tried every password that I have used and can't get thru to update the new download.....     Do I have to go to a reset nd start over?

I want to thank you for your info......I was able to start over and got the two updates but I was to log in after that and with the new login password it would not accept me.  So interesting but the downloads got in so I wait till I have to login again.        J
