What "firewall"?
General advice: You might have more success if you described the
actual problem which you are trying to solve, rather than asking how to
implement some particular "solution" ("turnoff firewall"), which may
have little or nothing to do with the actual problem (whatever it might
be).
What did you do? What happened when you did it? As usual, showing
actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error messages,
LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or
interpretations.

for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for "firewall".
Further reading might not hurt, either.
