opening ports on Nighthawk R6330

Hi, I need some help with opening ports on my router. I have a rowing machine that's been connected to the internet
since I got it 3 months ago with no issue. Last week I couldn't get it to connect on my network but it would connect using my hotspot. Their tech support wanted me to open ports HTTP 80 and HTTP 7350 thinking that might be the issue. I've gone into Port Forwarding and tried to add them but not sure if I'm doing it correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried a different dns provider? Or enabling ipv6?
Try a different DNS Server. Here's a few for ipv4. Also remember to change the ipv6 dns server if ipv6 is enabled
CloudFlare 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
GoogleDNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
Does it connect to the wifi but just not find an internet connection?
Did anything change with the router during that process?

What rowing machine is it?
What modem/gateway is your router connected to?

It’s an Aviron Impact rower, the modem is an Arris TM1602 through Spectrum.

Are you using IPv6?
Any netgear armor or parental controls?
Or access controls?

I'm using IPv4, no armor or parental controls. I was using access control with it allowed but I also tried turning access control off, it still doesn't work.

Re: opening ports on Nighthawk R6330
I just turned on IPv6 and it appears to be working now, they must of changed something on their end since IPv4 had been working since I got the rower a few months ago. I appreciate your help with this, I would of never thought of that.
