Bought new extender so that I can reach some arlo wifi cameras I have installed outside my home. After hooking up the netgear it showed that I had a good signal but when I tried a speedtest my wifi was about 25 upload and about 25 download but the netgear wifi signal was less than half of that. Its not very far from my Fios router. Was wondering if I am doing something wrong. Thanks for any help. New to this terchnology.

Normal, because the signals are going though another device and using same channel. Use access point if you want better performance.
