unabel to access my readyNAS NV+ via file explorer on my pc running windows 10

Hello folks,

 

getting the following error when trying to access my NAS through file explorer on my window 10 pc. Please note that I moved house about 8 months ago and have not used the NAS since then. It used to be on another network and was perfectly operational. Now that I try it on this new network (different ISP), it does not seem to work.

Please note that I am able to access the NAS via chrome but unable to access it on the network. Have checked various forums and KB articles but could not find any answers or suggestions. Can someone please check and assist?
