Front LED's not working

I need some advice.

I bought this switch some days ago and just started testing it. When powering on the device I noticed that none of the LED's on the front panel are working (not even the power LED). I can access the management page just fine and when I connect some devices to the switch I can also access them. Only the front panel LED's are not working.
Is this a setting or is there something wrong with my device?

It seems that the front LEDs of your switch is not working. I suggest, you return the device to the store so that it will be replace immediately. This is already a hardware issue and factory defect if it is a brand new device.
