GS108Tv3 vs GS108T-300NAS
Hi all, just a few quick questions... I've ordered the GS108T-300NAS from Amazon.ca
1) Is the GS108Tv3 the same switch as the GS108T-300NAS as shown here: (https://www.amazon.ca/NETGEAR-Gigabit-Ethernet-Managed-GS108T-300NAS/dp/B07PS6Z162?psc=1&Subscriptio...)
2) Does the GS108T-300NAS support VLAN routing and static routes?
3) If not, does anyone know of am 8 port switch that has those functions?
Thanks!

Re: GS108Tv3 vs GS108T-300NAS
Hi @RBee
Thanks for choosing NETGEAR switch product. I'm happy to answer your questions about GS108Tv3.
1) Yes, GS108Tv3 (version 3) is the same as GS108T-300NAS (version 3 model number for North America).
2) Yes, GS108T-300NAS supports VLAN routing and IPv4 Static Routing. Please refer to the product datasheet in the link for more details: https://www.netgear.com/images/datasheet/switches/GS108Tv3_GS110TPv3_DS.pdf

Re: GS108Tv3 vs GS108T-300NAS
One more thing, in order for VLAN routing to work, do the hosts on a particular VLAN need to use the interface address of that VLAN (in the switch) as their default gateway address?
Or does the switch see the traffic addressed to a network on another VLAN and do the switching itself?
Thanks
