Unless there are ACLs or multiple VLANs configured all ports resp. the VLANs are transparent. Not sure what use case you are behind here.

We are having problems VOIP phones to the switch, They are working fine with the old dumb switches.

Disable the AutoVoIP protocol and OUI capabilities - otherwise you might find VoIP device associated to the VoIP VLAN.
