GSS116E unable to upgrade firmware

My unit was at firmware v1.0.0.0 and i was able to at least install the v1.0.0.2 firmware file.

I am currently sitting at

Loader Version V1.0.0.0 Firmware Version V1.0.0.2

At this point, i cannot install the v1.0.0.5 bootloader as it claims that its an invalid firmware file thru the web interface. I have downloaded multiple times thru different web browsers on different computers and get same response every time. it seems to get about 25% thru the upload of the file before spitting out the error.

any insight on what may be causing this issue?

After you finished your firmware upgrade could you open a web browser with the below address:

 http://x.x.x.x/loader_upg.htm   (x.x.x.x it's the ip address of the switch)

And update the bootlader?

That would be it. would help if it was more apparent that this is a different page than the normal firmware upgrade page.
