PowerShift RMA system seems broken

I just created an RMA on the PowerShift website but there is no way to select and print.  There is no place with information on where to ship the defective unit available on the PowerShift site either.  Product lookup for the serial number automatically filled in the wrong model for the serial number also.  The current status says "Waiting for Customer Unit" and RMA Shipped says "No"; however, there is nowhere for me to update the status or even to ask for the shipping information.

The last time that I called I was told that the RMA system was down and to try again in a few days.
