VERY Slow Speed Test Results - GS108PEv3
Setup - Xfinity (Comcast) Gigabit service provided through their XB6-A cable modem/wife router => NETGEAR Nighthawk R6220 Wifi-Router => NETGEAR ProSafe Gigabit Plus switch (GS108PEv3)
Speedtest results from my PC via wired connection to the Nighthawk Router are around 950 Mbps down and 40 Mbps up.
However, if I connect to the switch, my upload speed is the same, but my download speed is only 13 Mbps. 13!
I'm just now setting up the switch, so it's new with factory default settings with the exception of the switch name and password.
What should I be looking for?

Solved - sort of?
Performed a firmware update and reset to factory defaults. Boom - full speed.
Then I enabled the management mode to include the ProSAFE utility and reconnected. Back to 13 Mbps. Closed the ProSAFE software application and the speeds returned to normal. So result is that the download speeds are greatly reduced while in the ProSAFE application.
