What is highest firmware level for a GS748T V1?

I have a GS748T in production. I can't pull it out of the rack to see any label on the bottom, and the status display doesn't say what version it is. But I connectedt to it via telnet and executed "factorycfg show": that gave "modelname=gs748Tv1h4", from which I deduce that it's a V1 switch. The status display shows that the firmware level is V1.0.3_10.

The firmware download page lists GS748T V1H3_Version 2.0.2_02, GS748T V1H2_Version 2.0.2_02 and GS748T V1H1_Version 2.0.2_02.  The appearance of H1, H2 etc in this list confuses me, since I've got H4 already!

Is "GS748T V1H3_Version 2.0.2_02" the highest level that I can upgrade to? If not, what?

Re: What is highest firmware level for a GS748T V1?

Hi henrylaw,

You can check the product serial number then identify the revision of your GS748T:

GS748 V1H1 Serial number starts with "GS27" or "141", e.g., GS27xxxxxxxxx or 141xxxxxxxxx
GS748 V1H2 Serial number starts with "1DT" or "1LC", e.g., 1DTxxxxxxxxx
GS748 V1H3 Serial number starts with "1MC" or "1PK", e.g., 1MCxxxxxxxxx

If have any other questions, please let us know.

Thanks.
