JFS524E Factory reset

Hello,

Unable to access  to my JFS524E using ProSafe and my "usual" password.

I've tried various reset methods using reset button in front panel, without success.

 

How can I factory reset this switch ?

Hi pfml, 

 

Please use the latest ProSAFE Plus configuration utility version 2.7.2 to access the switch using default password "password".

Hi Nodsim,

Already done... proSAFE plus utility detects my JFS524E and its MAC address. No IP address assigned to the switch.Trying to connect to the switch, a windows pops up, asking for login and password.

After some research, it seems no login is required. I've tried various passwords ("password" and the ones I commonly used), without success.

So, ,I think I really need to do a foctory reset. Till now, didn't find the way to do it using front panel reset button.

Any help most welcome !
