NeoTV NTV300 problem

Hi all, I have a ntv300 which was stuck after upgrade and I suffered a power outage while updating. Upon restart'm on my tv screen tv nano logo and 5 rings at the bottom but does not advance.
Now try to restart it on more than one occasion but did not succeed.
Someone could help me, tell me if I can flash it to restore it.
I would greatly appreciate your help.: Confused:

I would have thought asking your question in either the Neo TV 200,350 of 550 forum would have given you more answers than asking in a storage media forum.

Try to hard reset the device.

If still it didn't resolve the problem, your device is probably defective.

I suggest you calling the technical support of NETGEAR.

Do you know if ntv300sl supports subtitles with DLNA??

If the movie/video is hard-coded with subtitle it will support but for close caption I don't think it support as I check the user manual.
