Adding Users is not working

Hello,

I have picked up my dad's old stora from the back of his closet. I have it configured pretty much how I want it but now I want to add users so that my roomates can use it as well. but when I try to add one I get this error



I do not know how to get it so that I can reach the server. Any help would be appreciated.
