My Stora is working fine but I have hit a problem.
When I first registered my Stora my ISP was British Telecom but it has changes since then. I don't think that I changed anything on the Stora web page so now when I want to get in I can't - my password is no accepted ( I did change it through MyStora) and of course it nolonger accepts the BT as the ISP. How can I sort this out?
If anybody has some suggestions I would appreciate them.

The ISP should not matter when accessing the Stora. May I know if you have the Stora Agent installed on the computer? If yes, try logging out of it and log back in again.

When you changed ISP did you get a new router/modem?
if so, then your home network might have different IP addresses now.
i would see if you can find out what network addresses you router is putting out and see if you can change your shorts ip. If not, do a re flash on the stora and it'll get its own IP from the router.

Tanks for responding. I closed everything down including my router and left it all off for about 15 mins.
On switching it all back on the NAS drive accessible again. I can't understand why I lost it in the first place.
