Can't get a Firmware update?

Does someone have the latest update for the lagacy Stora?

It seems Hipserv isn't hosting it anymore.

I have run into the same issue. Stora picks up that there is an update, but automatically fails when attempting to download. 

Doubt we will get a proper response given the legacy status of this product. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm also stuck. I had some issues with my trusty old Stora and did a recovery flash. This should have tried to download the latest FW from netgear.hipserv.com (or something similar I assume) and of course this failed.

I tried rebooting it (since the flash didn't even start), but it seems to be stuck in an unrecoverable state now.

I managed to dowload the hbs-5036.upd from Wayback machine: https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://netgear.hipserv.com/updates/netgear/v_2_0/hbs-5037.upd

But there's no way to put it on the Stora NAS, unless I manage to spoof the update-site in some way.

Can we get a confirmation from Netgear, that the update site is gone forever?

@Crowbgdthe article is interesting but apparently latest FW is not available for download...

Did somebody try a complete restore again? just to be sure that maybe during restore the latest FW is downloaded (maybe from another link...)
