Cannot access Stora from the internet

Cannot acces my Stora MS2110 from the internet web interface mystora.com. This used to work till recently. Have checked router settings; ports are open: Netgear Stora portforwarding tester:
You have 3 out of 4 ports open (going to your Stora from the Internet). See details below.
Your External IP Address is: 83.84.38.63
Port 21 (FTP access): This port is blocked. (correct, didn't enable this one)
Port 22 (Support): This port is open / accessible from the internet.
Port 443 (Secure Web access): This port is open / accessible from the internet.
Port 80 (Web access): This port is open / accessible from the internet.

Stora settings:

• Fixed ip
• UPNP router config: Yes/No.
• Remote access enabled. 

Stora works fine from my LAN. What is the problem?

Verified that router port forwarding is ok. Next step, tried to re-set the Remote access setting of the Stora. First revoked the access. Then re- set the acces. This yields an error message saying that the server could not be reached (don't have the exact english message as I'm working in Dutch). So what could cause that I cannot reach the (netgear? hipserv?) server?

The certificate has been revoked.  I cannot find any information on this on the net.  Anyone know what's happening as I cannot connect via IP as it's just redirecting to myStora and give the certificate error again.

BTW, my questions are still not answered! Isnt there anyone from Netgear or Hipserv on this forum active?

Hi, did anyone confirm a way around this? I too am getting certificate errors when trying to log into www.mystora.com. Nothing from Netgear to say the service has been withdrawn....

I have been using Mystora for remote access for years but now it no longer works. I think Netgear have stopped the service because I cannot find another explanation online. Not sure how to contact Netgear to find out what the problem is
