Connection issue with Static IP Address

I have a Comcast Netgear box used with a Static IP. 

The Static IP address is used for a web portal site hosted by Network solutions.  The Static IP has been inserted into the DNS page on Network Solutions for several years. Now we have lost connection out side of being connected directly to the Router. 

No one in the field can access the web page.  Comcast cannot help is there any solutions to this issue or suggestion how to fix.

Which model of NETGEAR router are you using? Is it currently running the latest firmware?

There may be interference from other networks in your area.
