Constant read/write disk activity

Can anyone offer any suggestions, recently my disks have been constantly active, the only thing I've changed recently is a new router due to upgrading to fibre broadband.

I've tried...
1. Removing LAN cable.
2. Stopping MiniDlna service

Neither had any impact

Thanks to Ennev.

Fixed it, it was the the hacking issue, modified crontab and rebooted, the problem has now gone away.
