Enable Remote Access
I'm trying to activate remote access on my Stora however I keep getting the following error.
The name you requested is already in use by someone else.
I have previously had remote access setup and I am using the same Stora and config. I have tried several other names also with random letters and numbers but get the same error.
Not sure what other information people may need so please ask. I will try to find my model, I know it is an old one as had it several years.

1. Can you please provide a screenshot of the error message?
2. What is the firmware version of the Stora?
3. Did you make any changes in the settings of the Stora or your network setup recently?

I have got a new router but I had this issue before changing.
I am not able to remember any changes I may have made, oher than disabling the remote access as I was unable to connect to it.
How do I find out the firmware version?

1. Are you able to login through the Stora agent using that Stora name?
2. Is that the Stora name that you have always used?

Thanks for your help on this.
I ended up doing a factory reset which has resolved the issue without the loss of any of my data which is good.
I was able to logon to Stora agent locally. Yes I have always used the same Stora and HDD.
