Re: Error message: Page 3 of the reset wizard does not exist.
Try to reset unit to factory defaults and try again.
Be careful not to put it in firmware recovery mode! Hard reset is done with POWERED ON unit!.
If problem persists - drop me a message.

Re: Error message: Page 3 of the reset wizard does not exist.
Dear Gitsov,
Appreciate your prompt assistance. Could you direct me as to how to reset unit to factory default ? And would I lose my files during the reset process ? It would be wonderful if I can retain the files.
Many Thanks in advance.

Re: Error message: Page 3 of the reset wizard does not exist.
- Power off unit
- Remove HDD(s). Remember which is left, which is right.
- Power it on
- Follow this procedure: https://kb.netgear.com/20608/How-to-Reset-the-Stora-to-Factory-Defaults
- Register it online with same unit name, product key, user and password (it might throw error 346, look in forum for workaround - I have at least 3 posts with it, there is an alternative too)
- Power it off
- Plug the disks on same places (Left/Right) as they was
- Power on unit.
- Enjoy...
