You can't.
Did you register it before, or was it registered by someone else?
If you registered it, is the issue that your original email address is no longer valid?
FWIW, the only reason to register it is if you need paid support. It's long out of warranty, so that is not a concern. Netgear won't provide paid support for used equipment, so if you purchased it used you simply can't get support.
