strange i switched off the drive and have tried hard resetting , it doesnt seem to work at all. any chance of the fix?

well the reset worked, i reformatted my drives loaded some mkv films into family library and streamed to my android box.

Hi @Gitsov, can you help ?  I have a STORA which I think has been registered a few times in the past by someone who I no longer can ask. So I am stuck on this matter. The problem is that I already factory reset this device. Struggling to re-register the product as it was registered a while back and we’ve lost registration to enable us to set this back up again.This is what I need to reset as I cant’ remember the credentials, and the ones I have don't seem to work? :  :https://ibb.co/gRrB4K Any ideas?  thanks in advance 😉

Check your browser(s) history and/or password/autocomplete lists if you have accessed it from that PC. Check Stora applications folder for leftover logs. That's I can suggest. Other route is dedicated forum topic with such requests. Of course I may possibly trick unit that it is registered, but this is out of topic, because it's other name is "piracy".
