MS2000
My ISP recently changed my IP address and, since then I can no longer access my MS2000 stora remotely.
It appear when I log into mystora.com that the site/connection is looking for a connection on my OLD IP address and not the new one.
How can I get the mystora site to change the IP address?

Re: MS2000
Hi @BrianARfm,
The IP address change from the ISP side should not affect the accessibility of the Stora for as long as it can go online. Have you tried rebooting (turn off and on) the Stora? Are you still able to access the Stora locally?

Dexter

Re: MS2000
I have no problems accessing it locally.
The only problem is remote access. Via Mystora.com all I get is :-
Stora is Offline | |

Re: MS2000
Hi @BrianARfm,
Please make sure that the remote access is enabled. It is under Preferences > Remote Access > Enable. If it is already enabled, try disabling it and then re-enable it again.

Re: MS2000
I have just tried this.
I disabled Remote Access and that worked OK
However, when I try to Enable it I get the following error
"The Server cannot be reached, please try again in a few moments"
I have made several attempts and get the same error.

Re: MS2000
Hi @BrianARfm,
1. Have you tried remapping the Stora?
2. Please try logging out and logging back in through the Stora Agent.

Dexter

Re: MS2000
I have done both... and still unable to reset Remote Access
Is it worth starting the whole installation again?
(If I can find the installation software that is)

Re: MS2000
Hi @BrianARfm,
That would be an option. You can find the installation software on the support site which is http://support.netgear.com/. Just type the model number of your device. Have you tried by passing the router and plugging the Stora straight to the modem or use another router for isolation?

Dexter
