MS2110 Won't Power Up

Had to power off device and evacuate for a storm.  Came back a week later and device won't power up.  No lights, nothing.   Options?

What about power adapter?

Check it with multimeter - it should supply 12V or bit more. If it is working, does the fan spins up?

Try to remove disks and power on unit without them. If it is starts or have any signs of life, check disks.

If internal flash chip is dead, you wont get any lights, but fan will spin up again. If even fan does not spin up, with removed disks, probably there is some problem with motherboard.

Check adapter, try to power on unit without disks and let me know the outcome.

No Luck.   Bought a new/used one.  Old power supply works on new device, now I need to figure out how to set up the new device, don't know name, etc etc,
