NS2110 Netgear Stora: can't connect to MS2110 errorcode 0x80070035 or 0x80070043

I can't connect to my stora anymore from windows 10 laptop or other devices

Stora is visible in network, I can ping it but can't access

Get error 0x80070035 or 0x80070043 with message:

No access to \\Stora\MijnBestanden (MyDocuments)

Diagnoses states 192.168.1.5 exists but MijnBestanden not found

No ports are open

Usage of diagnoses and repair tool didn't work

configuration 2 drives in RAID1

Next step doing hardreset?

Does hardresert affect data?

Should I remove one of the drives for safekeeping?

Hi IvoNieuw,

I would advice you to try accessing through a web browser or through an FTP software (FileZilla for example).

It will at least tell you if your Data and drive are okay or not.

@IvoNieuw: Make sure that SMB version 1 protocol is enabled in Windows 10 (if you are using Windows 10).
