New Computer

I have a new computer running windows 8.1. I downloaded the software and my Stora was immediately found along with all the music.

However, any new additions, be it ripped, drag & drop through Hipserve or upload is not seen by the computer; although it is on the Stora.

Any thoughts?

Here are my recommendations:

1. Map the Stora as a network drive. You may refer to the link below for the instructions:

2. Check if you can access the files by logging in to mystora.com.

3. Make sure that you are able to access the Stora through its local IP address.
