Newly bought NEW Store I can not set up

I bought a new Stora last week.

But  I can not set up.

(I had overlooked the EOL...)

When you press the power button, the blue lamp blinks forever.

I tried the procedure.

However, the green HDDlamp flashes twice at 5 second intervals and then blinks forever

"http://IPaddress/admin" is "500 error Internal Server Error"

SSH connection can not communicate

Is there any good idea.
