Hello, my admin password stopped working on Netgear Stora (MS2110) and followed instructions on how to reset it. On opening Stora application (Stora Agent version 1.4.4.159) and continuing with choosing a new password, I got error message: "Page 3 of the reset wizard does not exist". Ten years of family photos are stored on it. I appreciate all the help I can get.

Write down "Stora name", product key, pull the disks from unit and reflash it. Then register is with same unit name, product key, username and password. Then power off unit and plug the disks back.

I've sent you PM with instructions how to reflash firmware. It will flash latest firmware for unit and will fix issue with screwed update server.
