Please try again later. unable to get database handle: Unknown MySQL server host 'netgearcsdb.c7neb0etvhdd.us-east-1.rds.amazonaws.com' (0) at /usr/sbin/cpe-register.pl line 70.

MyStora is back up. Can you confirm for us that your systems can reconnect to Stora servers?

It's looking slightly better, I can now connect to my stora via it's IP address on my PC but I'm having the same issue as the guy above.
After I put in my product key and STORA name...
Not Completed

Just a heads up that I have now successfully re-flashed my Stora as well as re-registering and setting it up with complete access to all my files/folders again.
Thanks to those at Netgear that supported us through this even though it was a 3rd party problem.

NB: A ReadyNas is not an excuse not to have a backup. Fire, theft, multiple disk failures, other hardware failure, floods, user negligence etc. can all result in loss of data.
