I have done a lot of searching and have seen very old references to the "Diagnostic and repair tool " which seemed to cure the orange drive lights permanently on but the only link I found was in 2010 and has long dissapeared and now the web site has finished in April as well there is not much hope. Does anyone know if this software is still available or do I dump this unit into land fill which makes me quite angry as it appears just a firmware fault.
