Stora MS2110 will not complete boot sequence

My Stora MS 2110 will not complete its boot sequence (blue light flashes, stops, flashes again indefinitely: drive light is on steady green) and therefore cannot establish an IP address and I cannot get to my data.  I am not sure, but suspect it has something to do with establishing an IP Address.  I have tried to connect through ethernet to my router and directly to my laptop; nothing works.  Also note, the unit will not shut-off by holding power button and will not reset.  Basically, does not respond at all.

Suggestions please.

1. Does the Stora show up on the list of connected devices on your router?

2. How did you perform the reset?

3. What happened during the reset procedure?

4. Do you have MAC filtering enabled on your router?
