Hi. This isn't strictly about a ReadyNAS but relates to an older model; the Stora. However, I hope someone can help. Our old IT guy has gone, we have no passwords and we need to get into the Stora. The manual refers to resetting the admin password without effecting the data itself but this needs the original CD, which we don't have either. If we can download the original CD iso and then burn it to disk, then that would work, or if someone can suggest another utility that might help, then we could do that. The final option is simply to copy all the data somewhere else, use the factory reset button and start again but it would be better to try and recover all the settings, so prefer not this last option. Any ideas? Thank you.
