Stora - RAID Configuration lost
Hi,
Today i switched on my old Stora for the first time in over 12 months. I've never had any issues in the past but today upon booting it up it said no disks attached. When i reseated them and booted back up it detected both of them as new disks and the only option i get is to recreate the RAID1 array. It seems like its lost its raid config for some reason. Does anyone know if there is a way to root the NAS and recover the RAID configuration?
thanks

Re: RAID Configuration lost
Possible options depending on how comfortalbe you are with Linux:
- Just connect on SSH (there is many results from Google on that topic) and try to rebuild RAID manually (use sudo).
- Pull both of disks. Plug in left - if unit asks for config set it as RAID, reboot. Plug second one - configure it as RAID.
- Take a backup of files and set both disks as RAID. Because they was already in RAID, sectors with RAID metadata should be free/available for use and data loss is less likely.
