Unable to hard reset the stora (ms2000)

Hello!
Has anyone been able to reset the stora to factory settings?

I'm doing everything according to the instructions ... The device is trying to download the firmware, but it can not do this. The blue power indicator lights up. The disk indicators flash orange simultaneously. Does anyone have any idea how to hard reset the device?

Before that (a year ago and earlier), the device returned to the factory settings many times and without problems.

recovery server, which serves firmware recovery is returning error HTTP/403: Forbidden since few months ago. Due to recovery procedure of Stora now your flash is empty in rootfs partition and your NAS is in bricked state. Contact me on PM if you still wish to recover it manually.
