hi i have this probolem with my nas drive, i can see drive in the network with my admin username, but it dosent accecpt password, and when i try to reset it thorugh the stora app it says unable to send command, it has ip 192.168.0.120 and if i ping it its okey,but when trying to acces it though browser it says cant connect to site ??? how do i get it up and running again i have all my pictures on it for 10 years 😞
