Netflix Issues

I recently purchased a NeoTV-200. When I first installed it, I activated Netflix and it worked fine for a week or so. The same was also true for Pandora. Now Netflix no longer connects. I have tried to reactivate it several times, I have restored the factory settings all with no luck. When this issue started, I also lost the ability to use Pandora. When I try to access Pandora, I get a message saying that my device is not authorized to access Pandora. All of the channels seem to be functioning fine.
