Which steps have you taken to troubleshoot your NTV300?
Please try resetting your NTV300 through the interface.
Navigate to Settings < General Settings < Restore Factory Settings

Also perform a reset using the button on the back of the NTV300.
To reset to factory default settings, press and hold Reset for 6 seconds. The streaming player turns off, turns back on, and restores the default settings
