only had this a month, last night when I turned it on said FATAL: internal storage failure. anyone else have this issue? Today I reset and disconnected Netflix, Youtube etc and restarted. It now seems to be working just fine and there is not a Fatal error message anymore.. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue. Dont want it to happen again after product is out of warrenty
I Bought My NTV300 Streaming Player one year ago.Last night I tried turning it on with the remote,it would not turn on.I Then tried to reset it with a paperclip in the reset hole in the back,the blue on light then came on.It would not connect with the internet-(wireless).I tried several times but to no avail.I also got the messageFatal:Internal storage failure and it still won't connect to the internet.I only have netflix to use with this devise.I sent netgear a message this morning but never got a reply.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks in advance-Jesse J. Please try resetting your NTV300 through the interface.
Navigate to Settings < General Settings < Restore Factory Settings
See page 20
1. Reset by pushing test buttom.
2.In general settingd. Restore factory settings & delete channels.
This procedure was made several times, final it works.
