Purchased a Samsung Blu-ray Disc Player BD-J5700 and need to open a streaming port on my NetGear03
I was instructed by TWC that I would have to have NetGear open a steaming port 443.80.8080 on my NetGear03, MDL: C6300 to conect my Samsung BD-J5700. How do I do this, or can I do this?

It's not clear what you are trying to do, but in general you should not need to open any ports to connect a Blu-Ray player to the Internet. Wi-Fi routers, including those from Netgear, by default allow home devices to access the Internet in the outgoing direction. Therefore, if your Blu-Ray player needs to access a server on the Internet (e.g. to stream Netflix) using either port 443, 80 or 8080, then it should automatically work.
OTOH, if something on the Internet needs to access ports 443, 80 or 8080 on your Blu-Ray player, then you would need to open those ports on your router. But, there should be no reason to do this unless you are trying to do something special.
