Router randomly removed, can't re-add to Cloud Portal due to page malfunction
Greetings, Netgear Insight periodically and randomly removes our router from the VPN group. I need to re-add it, but the Netgear Insight portal web site displays a blank page when I click on the Router/VPN tab: https://insight.netgear.com/#/routers/quickview It is therefore impossible to enable VPN functionality. I am an Insight Premium subscriber and a VPN services subscriber. ThanksProblem with ReadyNas duo RND2000
Hi guys! I have firmware V4.1.6 on this very old NAS😀 I was backing up files from the NAS yesterday and for some reason the NAS froze...the on/off button did not work and I was forced to disconnect it. I tried to restart it and it will not boot and it has a continuous blue blinking led.... I wasn't worried about the files on the drives....have most of them .... If I disconnet the drives then Raidar can find it but will not connect because of not booting fully.... I have tried to follow instructions for resetting this model and it still goes back to the continuous blinking blue led... I have looked at the drives in linux and see now hardware problems.... How can I format these drives so that they are back to square one? martynpg56Harddrive will not start when disk is inserted
Hi, I have a ReadyNas DUO RND2000 V2. After having it moved, it will no longer start when the harddrive is incerted. Nothing happens. It simply doesn´t start. If I remove the disk, the ReadyNas starts and the blue lamp starts blinking as it should. What is wrong ? And how do I get access to my harddrive? Thanks in advance BjornReadyNAS RND2000 v2 Accesso ad interfaccia amministratore locale
I guess better communicate in English! Well I am facing unaccessibie local administrator page. Nas actually connected cascading on a switc/router with static IP. The Nas has been resetted to intial condition and OS reinstalled. It shows two predefined folders. It is visible if scanned in the lan, how ever is not possible to access as administrator. The scope is to transfer on it folders to be shared by three PC's in network. So far I am not sure it will fullfill my scope. Any suggestion ? ThanksHow to contact Insight Support
Does anyone know how to contact Insight support? When I click on Technical Support from the Insight Cloud Portal page, it takes me to a Netgear page for hardware devices that are no longer under warranty, so I am not eligible for support there. https://my.netgear.com/products.aspx I am an Insight Premium subscriber. Any help contacting Insight would be appreciated. ThanksReadyNAS Duo V2 (RND2000)
I have a new Windows 11 PC which I have connected to my existing network and can connect to my ReadyNAS Duo V2 (RND2000) OK. I store my iTunes Library on the NAS and it's working fine but I have to access my NAS to check the SMB settings because I'm having problems with the new Sonos S2 App accessing the NAS for my Music. I've downloaded Raidar 5.3.13 to the new PC but I can't access the software/Shares to see if it supports SMB v2 or v3. Can anyone help by explaining how I can solve the problem please?Nighthawk X6 R8000 - OpenVPN
Hi, I have a Nighthawk X6 R8000. Hardware Version R8000 Firmware Version V1.0.4.84_10.1.84 GUI Language Version V1.0.4.80_2.1.49.1 I try to activate OpenVPN so I can access my home network. I have activated the VPN in Advanced settings and I downloaded the config files. Then installed OpenVPN in my Android phone and imported the Profile from the router setup. But I can't connect. If I use default settings on my phone I get a error message that "Server TLS version is too low". That message can be disabled by checking "Enforce TLS 1.3" on the phone under OpenVPN advanced setting. But still I can not connect my VPN client. The Router log is just [OpenVPN, connection fail]IP address:78.77.195.13 Thursday, Apr 25,2024 19:20:00 The OpenVPN log on the phone is more detailed but basically it is starting the handshaking but ends up with "Connection Timeout". If I run the http://192.168.1.1/openvpn_crt_check.htm I always get the same result. There is a OpenVPN update available, I click Update, it looks like its updating, it comes back to start page. But if run the same link I get the same result. What might be wrong? Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.Problem with RBK763 problem med hastigheten

I am having broadband by fiber, 250 Mb/s. I use to get about 100-110 Mb/s at 2.4GHz but now I just get about 35 Mb/s. Does anyone have any idea what has happened and/or what can be done about it? I recently updated the router to the latest software with no difference? According to the spec: 2.4GHz = up to 300Mb/s 5 GHz = up to 433Mb/s Thanks in advance Ulf
