A6210 genie not loading

I was using the adapter earlier today and it was working fine. When I came back to my PC later and turned it on, no wifi was detected, and the genie would no longer boot when I tried to open it.

What is the operating system of your PC? 

Kindly uninstall and re-install the stand-alone driver.
