A7000 / Xfinity model TECHNICOLOR CGM4140COM
Received a new modem from comcast (TECHNICOLOR CGM4140COM). My A7000 doesnt seem to want to connect. The NetGear Genie shows connected, however my Windows Network Connections shows as "identifying" for a long time, the goes to "unknown network". Even after I log into the wifi with this adapated and put the wifi password in. Def checked the password multiple times.
*I can connected the same device to the same wifi using a different adapter
*The A7000 will connect to other networks (hot spot for example)
*I have updated all drivers / software associated
Any ideas? Thanks!

Looks like Windows does not like your "new" network
Have you tried running the network troubleshooter in Windows?
Maybe you need to tell Windows that you are on a "private network".
- Network and Internet settings
- Network Status
- Change Connection Properties
- Network Profile
- Private
