Same issue here. I bought it over a month ago, and every time I wake my computer, there's no internet, and it gives a code that the device couldn't start. The only solution is restart, which defeats the purpose of the sleep function on Windows 10.

Re: Device undetected after computer wakeup
You have joined in on the end of a conversation that ended seven years ago and that may or may not have anything to do with your problems.
There is also a good chance that the official support team is busily monitoring new conversations and may miss your addition to this one.
If you do want help with your problem, check previous stuff that may be related then start your own discussion.
If you do decide to ask a question, you should provide more details and your own version of the information that the forum suggests that you provide.
The only solution is restart, which defeats the purpose of the sleep function on Windows 10.
Restart what? The PC? How about the USB settings for yhe adapter in Windows?
