windows driver installation error

Its not letting me install any windows drivers for any netgear models, but it lets me install mac drivers I don't know whats going on, I don't know if its just the website, but I need help.

It runs windows and whenever I press download to download the drivers it like refreshes the page and nothing happens

have you tried using a different browser? 

Or even just download them on a different pc and transfer them with a flash/jump drive?

    Ive tried flashing but havent tried a different browser let me try that.
