GS305v3 Not Connecting to Internet via Ethernet

GS305v3 Not Connecting to Internet via Ethernet
I've had the GS305v3 Switch for almost 2 years now and I haven't had an issue with it before. Randomly today, all of the switches aren't connected to the internet. I've plugged in an ethernet straight into my router with my pc and it worked fine. I tested all of the ethernet cables to the router and all worked fine. Back to the switch, all of the ports flicker green but still no internet. I did the whole ip release and renew thing but that only gave me a "an error occurred while renewing interface ethernet" message. I'm not too savvy on what to do here so any help is appreciated!

Reads to me like a breaking or broken switch. without traffic, the link LED should be about steady.
